The biggest offender to feeding this crisis are large-scale facilities where animals are bred solely for profit with disregard for their health and welfare. Beyond Rescue

If you live in the Bay Area and are looking to adopt a dog, I can advocate for Beyond Rescue, a foster-based rescue organization. They do adoption events in San Francisco (Stonestown Pet Food Express). I used to volunteer with them and they are very good people. Hit Learn More to be directed to their website!

Want me to watch your dog?

If you live in the Champaign-Urbana area and want me to watch your pet while you're away, I'd be happy to do so! I can't have any over (I live in a college dorm) but I'd be happy to make sure that your furry (or scaly, or feathered, or anything) friend is well-fed, safe, and happy.
